摘要
目的:调查云南省异地搬迁彝族老年人与原住彝族老年人的生活质量现状,探讨影响其生活质量的主要因素。方法:分层随机抽取云南省异地搬迁的彝族老年人60人和原住地未搬迁的彝族老年人60人为调查对象,采用社会人口学资料问卷和世界卫生组织研制并推荐的普适性量表WHOQOL-BREF进行问卷调查。结果:异地搬迁彝族老年人与原住彝族老年人生活质量自评和健康状况4个领域得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄、家庭人均月收入、慢性病患病情况等对异地搬迁彝族老年人的生活质量均有影响(P<0.05)。结论:云南省异地搬迁彝族老年人与原住地彝族老年人生活质量无差别;年龄、家庭人均月收入、慢性病患病情况等是影响云南省异地搬迁彝族老年人生活质量的影响因素。
Objective: To survey the quality of life of senior migrants and senior natives from Yi ethnic group in Yunnan, and explore the essential factors affecting their quality of life. Methods: We randomly selected 60 senior migrants and another 60 senior natives from Yi ethnic group in Yunnan as the subjects. Surveys were conducted by using social demographic data questionnaires and the generic scale WHOQOL-BREF developed and recommended by WHO. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in self-rating score of quality of life and health status between senior migrants and senior natives of Yi Nationality(P>0.05); but such factors as age, average monthly family income and chronic diseases influenced the quality of life of senior migrants(P<0.05).Conclusion: There are no differences between the quality of life of senior migrants and senior natives of Yi Nationality in Yunnan.Age, average monthly family income and chronic diseases are the major factors that have influenced life of quality of senior migrants of Yi nationality.
