摘要
薄板焊接是工业生产中比较常见的一个工种,在焊接作业中通常具有较大难度,这是由于薄板焊接过程中,很多因素都可能对工艺质量产生影响,特别是厚度在4~6mm范围的薄钢板,焊接后可能会发生各种变形情况。为了解决此类问题,详细阐述了薄板变形物理现象,分析了薄板焊接工艺方法,进而研究了薄板焊接质量控制措施。
        Sheet welding is a common type of work in industrial production. It is usually difficult in welding operations.This is because many factors may affect the quality of the process during the welding process of the thin plate, especially the thickness in the range of 4 to 6 mm. Steel plates, various deformations may occur after welding. In order to solve such problems, the physical phenomena of thin plate deformation are elaborated, the welding process of thin plates is analyzed, and the quality control measures of thin plate welding are studied.
