摘要

GE水煤浆气化炉对煤种的灰熔融性温度有严格要求,目前华鹤公司采用向煤中加入石灰石粉作为助溶剂的方式,来改变煤灰化学成分,达到控制灰熔点的目的。但华鹤公司气化装置的石灰石系统存在加入量不稳定,系统运行不流畅的问题,故针对石灰石系统进行了改造。
        GE coal water slurry gasifier has strict requirements on the ash fusion temperature of coal.At present,Huahe Company uses limestone powder as a cosolvent to coal to change the chemical composition of coal ash and control the ash melting point.purpose.However,at present,the limestone system of Huahe Company's gasification unit has the problem that the amount of addition is unstable and the system operation is not smooth,so this transformation for the limestone system has been made.
