摘要
目的探讨赋能教育对结直肠癌手术患者情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取胃肠外科接受手术治疗的患者166例,分为实验组和对照组各83例。对照组患者予以常规护理教育,实验组患者实施赋能教育,由护理小组成员于患者术后3 d按照设定问题、情绪表达、设立目标及效果反馈实施步骤进行赋能教育,干预时间为8周。研究结束后,比较两组患者术后首次排气时间、下床时间、创口愈合时间及住院时间,术后抑郁、焦虑和生活质量评分差异。结果两组患者术后首次排气时间和下床时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),赋能教育组患者创口愈合时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组患者(P<0.05);赋能教育组患者SDS和SAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);赋能教育组患者功能量表和整体生活质量量表得分均显著高于对照组,而症状量表评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论赋能教育可以显著缩短结直肠癌患者术后康复周期,缓解患者抑郁和焦虑情绪,提高患者参与个人护理对抗疾病的自我能动性,改善患者的术后生活质量。
        Objective To observe the effect of empowerment education mode on emotion and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Methods Totally,166 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery were divided into experimental group(n= 83) and control group(n= 83).Patients in the control group were given routine nursing education,while patients in the experimental group were given empowerment education.The nursing team members were assigned to education in accordance with the steps of framing questions,emotional expression,development goals and effect-feedback 3 d after the patients undergoing operation.One-to-one nursing intervention was performed for problems in different periods of the patients,which lasted 8 weeks.The time of first exhaust,getting out of bed,wound healing,hospitalization,as well as the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer QOL Core Questionnaire 30(EORTC QOL-C30) were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistical significant differences between two groups of patients as regards to the first exhaust and bed time(P>0.05),yet the wound healing and hospitalization time in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).At the same time,the scores of SDS and SAS in empowerment education group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The EORTC QOL-C30 score of experimental group and overall quality of life score were significantly higher than those in control group,and the symptom scale scores were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Empowerment education can significantly shorten the postoperative rehabilitation cycle of colorectal cancer patients,alleviate the depression and anxiety of patients,improve the patients' participation in personal care,and their quality of life after operation.
