摘要
目的:探讨健康指导应用于慢性再生障碍性贫血治疗过程中的价值。方法:选取2013年6月-2015年3月笔者所在医院收治的60例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者为本文研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组按西医常规治疗并给予用药及生活指导,观察组在西医常规治疗基础上采取优质的健康指导。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康知识知晓、生活质量、依从性评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗及指导基础上,给予优质的健康指导能有效改善患者血常规值,并提升患者的生活质量、依从性及健康知晓情况。
Objective:To investigate the value of health guidance in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Method:A total of 60 patients with chronic aplastic anemia admitted to the hospital from June 2013 to March 2015 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated according to traditional Western medicine and given medication and life guidance.The observation group took quality health guidance on the basis of traditional Western medicine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the leukocytes,hemoglobin and platelets in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The health knowledge,quality of life and compliance score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of health guidance on the basis of the traditional medicine and guidance can effectively improve the patients' blood image value,quality of life,compliance and health knowledge.
