摘要

在对高职医学生进行分析的基础上,结合职业生涯发展的内容,设计了团体辅导的方案,活动后对学生进行了问卷测试,结果表明运用团体辅导的方式明显改善了团结协作等方面的能力。
        Based on the analysis of medical students in Higher Vocational Colleges and the content of their career development, a group counseling scheme was designed. After the activity, the students were tested with questionnaires.The results show that the use of group counseling has significantly improved the ability of solidarity and cooperation.
