摘要
目的了解吡虫啉杀蟑毒饵的保湿、防霉性能及对德国小蠊的杀灭效果。方法参照国家标准(GB/T 13917.7-2009)进行药效测定。结果 5种市售吡虫啉毒饵12d致死率均可达100%,依据我国室内药效评价标准均属A级,灭蟑效果好。其中A和B杀灭效果最佳,对德国小蠊的致死率第3天可达100%。新鲜毒饵杀虫保湿、防霉性能均良好,自然条件暴露30 d后杀虫性能下降明显。结论 5种吡虫啉灭蟑胶饵可以安全有效地杀灭德国小蠊,效果显著并有一定持效期,值得推广应用。提高胶饵的保水性、防霉性能有助于提高灭效。
        Objective To evaluate the moisture retention,the antifungal property and the cockroaches killing effect of five kinds of imidacloprid gel baits.Methods Indoor efficacy test was carried out according to the standard methods,the seventh parts of GB/T 13917.7-2009.Results The test showed that 100% mortalities of Blattella germanica treated with the baits were achieved within 12 days,and the five tested baits all reaching level A.The killing rates of A and B reached 100% on the third day.The moisture retention and the antifungal property with all kinds of poisonous baits worked well.Under natural conditions,the insecticidal properties of imidacloprid baits declined with the time exposed in the air.Conclusion Five kinds of imidacloprid gel baits have proved effective,safe and easy to use for controlling cockroaches in the laboratory,which deserves to be popularized and applied.The efficacy could be improved if holding-water and antifungal capability of gel baits under natural condition is improved.
