摘要
大学知识生产呈现出不同要素之间的协同演化特征。由于教学与科研活动的分离、知识的公共性以及在社会进程中功能的凸显为知识生产提供了可能,使得大学在面对时代背景变迁的条件下,需要通过构建以交往为特征的学术组织结构、多学科背景知识的教师、灵活的教师科研评价制度、混合式的科研方式以及多样化的知识生产材料来实现大学知识生产的协同演化。
The university knowledge production reveals the characteristics of synergic evolution among different elements. Because of the separation of teaching from scientific research activities,the publicity of knowledge and the prominence of its functions in the social process it becomes possible for universities to produce knowledge. Facing the changing background of the times, it is necessary for universities to construct the academic organizational structure characterized by communication and teaching staff with multi-disciplinary knowledge background, along with flexible teachers' scientific research evaluation system, mixed scientific research methods and diversified knowledge production materials to realize the synergic evolution of university knowledge production.
