摘要
基于采煤工艺研究的重要性,分析了缓倾斜煤层连续采煤机短壁开采工艺的特点,论述了开采工艺中存在的问题,并提出了科学有效的解决措施,包括优化开采工艺方案、采用履带式连采设备、合理安排施工工序与切割方式等,以此确保煤炭开采作业的顺利进行。
Based on the importance of coal mining technology, the characteristics of short wall mining technology for continuous shearer in gently inclined coal seam are analyzed, the existing problems in mining technology are discussed,and the scientific and effective measures are put forward, including optimizing the mining process plan, adopting the caterpillar type continuous mining equipment, arranging the construction procedure and cutting mode rationally, etc.This ensures the smooth progress of the coal mining operation.
