综采工作面快速沿空留巷技术的应用研究

摘要
以云盖山煤矿22204综采工作面为实践对象,采用切顶卸压一次成巷和巷内复合支护技术进行沿空留巷,设计了超前煤壁预裂爆破与聚能管预裂爆破工艺参数,针对留巷情况,提出巷道复合支护工艺,实践表明,该工艺可实现综采工作面的快速沿空留巷。
        Taking 22204 fully mechanized mining face of Yungaishan Coal Mine as the practical object, the roof retaining roadway and the integrated support technology in the lane are used to carry out the roadway along the goaf. The pre-splitting blasting and pre-cracking of the coal wall are designed. According to the blasting process parameters, the roadway composite support technology is proposed for the roadway condi tion. The practice shows that the technology can realize the rapid roadway retaining lane of the fully mechanized mining face.
