摘要
利用液压传动基础理论对起重机液压系统中主要元件进行选型计算和校核,了解液压元件的性能特性,重点研究起重机液压元件选型计算的方法和步骤,对工程设计研究有较好的启迪作用。首先对起重机进行结构件进行受力计算,选定最大受力工况下计算得出液压执行元件的最大受力和方向。对主要液压元件如液压马达、液压泵、液压油缸、减速机、风冷器和平衡阀等进行计算及选型。起重机设计人员可以深入了解主要液压元件的选型计算方法,可以更加方便快捷地设计海洋平台起重机的液压系统。
        Based on the basic theory of hydraulic transmission,the main components of crane hydraulic system are selection calculated and checked to understand the performance characteristics of hydraulic components. Especially the method and procedure of selection calculating the hydraulic components of crane are mainly studied. The result can be enlightenment for engineering design research. Firstly,the force of the structure of the crane is calculated,and the maximum force and direction of the hydraulic actuator are calculated under the maximum stress condition. The main hydraulic components such as hydraulic motor,hydraulic pump,hydraulic cylinder,reducer,air cooler and balance valve are calculated and selected. Crane designers can deeply understand the selection and calculation method of the main hydraulic components, and can design the hydraulic system of offshore platform crane more conveniently and quickly.
