摘要
创意经济时代,创意阶层已经成为城市更新、文化创意产业发展,以及区域经济增长理论研究的新范式。陶瓷文化创意阶层的集聚,不仅促进了景德镇的创意城市空间生成和城市经济发展,而且有助于推动陶瓷文化创意生态系统的构建。为进一步提高陶瓷文化创意阶层的集聚,景德镇有必要从吸引创意阶层、促进创新和创业三方面制定有针对性和可执行性的政策,具体包括打造有利于催生创意的"创意环境"、进一步加强景德镇开放型经济建设以及培育陶瓷文化创意企业家。
        In the era of creative economy, the creative class has become a new paradigm for urban renewal, cultural and creative industrial development, and theoretical research on regional economic growth. The agglomeration of ceramic cultural and creative class not only promotes the creation of creative urban space and the development of urban economy in Jingdezhen, but also contributes to the construction of the ceramic cultural and creative ecosystem. In order to further enhance the agglomeration of the ceramic cultural and creative class, it is necessary for Jingdezhen to formulate targeted and enforceable policies in the following ways: attracting creative class, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, including creating a "creative environment" that is conducive to the creation of ideas and further strengthening the construction of Jingdezhen's open economy and the cultivation of ceramic cultural and creative entrepreneurs.
