小麦DON三种提取方法的比较研究

摘要
对比了三种提取小麦DON方法的差异。采用振荡、超声和旋涡提取对充分混合的小麦粉状样品进行提取并测定。结果表明:三种提取方法的DON提取率都与提取时间呈正相关,旋涡法的最佳提取时间最短(4 min),超声法的最佳时间次之(15 min),振荡法的最佳时间最长(20 min)。振荡法和旋涡法测得的DON含量分别为(839.7±40.5)μg/kg和(804.8±28.9)μg/kg,两种方法之间无显著差异;超声法测得的DON含量为(760.6±36.0)μg/kg,明显低于其他两种方法。
        This experiment compared the three extraction methods of DON in wheat. The fully mixed wheat powder samples were extracted and determined by oscillating extraction ultrasonic extraction and vortex extraction. The results showed that the extraction rates of the three extraction methods were positively correlated with the extraction time. The optimal extraction time of the vortex method was the shortest(4 min), followed by the ultrasonic method(15 min), and the oscillation method was the longest(20 min). The DON content measured by the oscillation method and the vortex method was 839.7±40.5 μg/kg and 804.8±28.9 μg/kg, and there was no significant difference between the two methods. The content of DON measured by ultrasonic method was 760.6±36.0 μg/kg, significantly lower than the other two methods.
