摘要
在我国城市社区建设中,青年参与不足的问题长期存在。针对这一问题,本文从青年群体的生命历程特征、青年与社区的关联、青年社会流动与结构分化、青年的网络应用能力等方面分析了都市青年社区参与的社会障碍和有利条件。进而提出,促进青年社区参与,需要以社区建设为依托、以团建工作为载体,统筹资源,形成合力;需要重点围绕不同青年群体的切身利益,强化社区的服务与支持功能;需要创新工作方式,依靠青年组织,积极支持青年参与社区自治共治;需要建设丰富的网络平台,构建畅通的交流渠道,及时回应青年诉求。
That the urban youth are not willing to participate in community building in China's cities exists for over 30 years. This article focuses on the reasons why their community participation level is so low,and provides a systematic analysis from different aspects,including what is special about their growth,the correlation between the youth and their community,social stratification and mobilization of the youth,and their use of the Internet. Further,the article gives some advice to encourage the urban youth to participate in the community affairs much more actively. The first is to construct a cooperative structure for administration,a youth organization and other community organizations. The second is to protect different youth groups' interests and rights. The third is to promote the development of youth grassroots organizations. And the last one is to respond to the youth's demands and appeals in time online. It requires network building.
