摘要
通过文献资料法,逻辑分析法分析中国武术传统体育资源对建设高校校园体育文化作用的研究,发现校园武术存在师资缺乏,教学内容陈旧乏味,普通高校武术教学方法和手段的单一,校园武术重技术轻理论等现状,但是武术体育资源在校园体育文化建设中具有积极的作用,对深化高校体育教育改革,培养学生终身体育意识,构建校园精神文化建设有着重大的理论和现实意义。
Through the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the role of Chinese martial arts traditional sports resources in the construction of campus sports culture in colleges and universities, and finds that there is a shortage of teachers and outdated and boring teaching contents in campus martial arts. The singleness of Wushu teaching methods and means in colleges and universities, the present situation of emphasizing technology over theory in campus martial arts, and so on. However, Wushu sports resources play a positive role in the construction of campus sports culture, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to deepen the reform of physical education in colleges and universities, cultivate students' awareness of lifelong physical education, and construct the construction of campus spiritual culture.
