摘要
目的对腹腔镜下直肠癌微创手术治疗的效果以及对患者肠胃功能的影响进行探讨。方法将40例直肠癌患者归为此次研究对象,将其设为实验组,予以腹腔镜下直肠癌微创手术治疗;同期纳入40例直肠癌患者设为对照组,予以开腹手术治疗。比较两组患者临床效果。结果针对手术时间、住院时间的对比,实验组相比对照组更短,对比数据之间差异明显,符合统计学意义成立标准;针对术中出血量的对比,实验组相比对照组更少,对比数据之间差异明显,符合统计学意义成立标准;针对淋巴结清扫数量的对比,实验组相比对照组更多,对比数据之间差异明显。针对肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、术后开始进食时间的对比,实验组相比对照组更短,对比数据之间差异明显。结论对直肠癌患者实施腹腔镜下直肠癌微创手术治疗,能够减轻手术创伤性,对患者胃肠功能恢复有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery for laparoscopic rectal cancer and its effect on gastrointestinal function. Methods Forty patients with rectal cancer were included in the study group.Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for rectal cancer; In the same period, 40 patients with rectal cancer were allocated to the control group and treated by laparotomy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results According to the comparison of operation time and hospitalization time, the experimental group is shorter than the control group, the difference between the comparative data is obvious, which accords with the established standard of statistical significance. For the comparison of intraoperative bleeding volume, the experimental group was less than the control group. The difference between the contrast data was obvious, and the statistical significance was established.For the comparison of the number of lymph node dissection, the experimental group was more than the control group,and the difference between the comparison data was obvious. Compared with the control group, the recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of anal exhaust and the time of eating after operation were shorter in the experimental group,and the difference between the data was obvious. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for laparoscopic rectal cancer in patients with rectal cancer can reduce the trauma of surgery and have positive significance for the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
