摘要
目的观察神经干刺激疗法治疗脑卒中后软瘫期肢体运动功能障碍的疗效。方法将92例脑卒中后软瘫期肢体运动障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各46例,治疗组采用神经干刺激疗法,对照组采用传统穴位针刺方法 ,7 d为1疗程,2个疗程后分别运用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分评定治疗前后肢体运动功能、BI指数评定治疗前后日常生活能力的改善程度,并对2组临床疗效、上下肢肌力进行统计分析。结果治疗组总有效率78.3%(36/46)显著高于对照组的58.7%(27/46)(P<0.05),上肢、下肢Ⅰ~Ⅱ级比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅳ级、Ⅴ~Ⅵ级比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Fugl-Meyer评分、BI指数评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经干刺激疗法能有效改善脑卒中后软瘫期肢体运动功能。
        Objective To evaluate the efficacy of neural stem stimulation on limb motor function in the treatment of patients with post-stroke flaccid paralysis. Methods 92 cases of patients with limb movement disorder of post-stroke flaccid paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 46 cases in each group respectively. The treatment group was given neural stem stimulation therapy and the control group was given traditional acupuncture method,each course of treatment is seven days. After two courses,we used Fugl-Meyer motor function scores and BI indexes to assess the degrees of improvement of limb motor function and activities of daily living before and after treatment. In addition, we evaluated clinical efficacy and upper and lower extremity muscle strength of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group 78.3%(36/46) was significantly higher than the control group 58.7%(27/46)(P <0.05), the grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ ratios of upper and lower limbs were significantly lower(P <0.05), the grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ, Ⅴ-Ⅵ ratios were significantly higher(P <0.05), the Fugl-Meyer score, BI index score were significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The neural stem stimulation therapy can effectively improve limb motor function of post-stroke flaccid paralysis.
