摘要
在中国社会老龄化问题不断突出的大环境下,如何进一步发挥离退休科技老干部的余热已经成为焦点问题。论文从离退休科技老干部创新创业的可行性及影响因素入手进行了分析。研究表明离退休科技老干部创新创业存在三方面的优势;影响离退休老干部创新创业的因素可分为个人因素和社会因素两大类。论文为提高老干部创新创业率、为相关部门制定政策提供了一定的理论依据。
Facing the aging society problem, the way of retired technologist continue to make contributions to society became a focal point. The feasibility and the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship of the retired technologist was analyzed in this paper. The researches show that three advantages exist for the innovation and entrepreneurship; the influencing factors can be divided into two types : the personal and the society factors. This paper can provide theoretical basis for increasing the rate of the innovation and entrepreneurship and government decision-making.
