摘要
在公共安全领域,经常需对已知电话号码的终端UE进行定位。一般情况下,精确定位设备作用范围都比较小,因此定位过程都是从TAC到小区再到具体位置。而确定具体位置的前提是要先进行小区定位。通常情况下,通过调取运营商的后台数据是完全可以对UE进行小区定位的,但是该方式手续繁琐,时效性不高。一种寻呼定位方法,基于非合作接收技术,采用空口监听基站下行链路信号,通过与LTE基站下行信号同步,接收并解调空口信号,搜索并解码所有下行寻呼时机的寻呼消息,提取寻呼消息内携带的TMSI信息,通过大数据分析对UE进行小区定位。该方法具有机动灵活性,能快速定位UE所处小区,为进一步确定UE坐标打下基础。
        In the field of public safety, it is often necessary to locate a terminal UE with a known telephone number. Generally, the precise positioning equipment has a relatively small scope of action, so the positioning process is from TAC to the cell and then to the specific location, while the premise of determining the specific location is to locate the community first. Usually, the UE can be positioned by calling the background data of operators, but the procedure of this method is tedious and the timeliness is not high.Based on the non-cooperative receiving technology, a new paging and positioning method is proposed. This method, by adopting air port to monitor the downlink signal of basestation, receiving and demodulating the air port signal synchronized with the downlink signal of LTE basestation, searches and decodes all the paging messages of downlink paging opportunity, extracts the TMSI information carried in the paging message, and locates the UE cell via large data analysis. This method is flexible and can locate the UE cell quickly, which lays a foundation for further determination of UE coordinates.
