摘要
经尿道前列腺电切术是治疗良性前列腺增生的"金标准"。对于大体积良性前列腺增生,传统电切术存在手术时间长、残留腺体多、术中出血多、腺体切除率低和住院时间长等弊端,从而增加围术期手术风险和术后复发率。因此,大体积良性前列腺增生微创治疗仍然是一临床难题,本文就临床治疗大体积前列腺现状和趋势作一述评供临床指导参考。
        Transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) is a gold standard for the treatment of BPH. However, for large-volume BPH, TURP has its disadvantages of longer operation time, more residual glands, more intraoperative bleeding, lower efficiency, and longer hospital stay, which increase the risks of surgery and postoperative symptomatic recurrence. Therefore, minimally invasive treatment of large-volume BPH remains a clinical challenge. This paper focuses on the status quo and prospects of minimally invasive treatment of large-volume BPH, hoping to give some help with clinical practice.Natl J Androl,2019,25(5):387-391
