摘要
目的探讨乳腺肉瘤的临床特点及合理的治疗方案。方法对收治的17例乳腺肉瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果随访40个月至16年。7例患者发生远处转移,5年生存率为47%,10年生存率为18%。患者主要死于肺、脑、骨、肝和全身广泛转移。结论本病主要通过病理确诊,手术是本病的主要治疗手段,对于恶性程度高,分化差的肿瘤,应辅以放化疗,减少患者复发,提高生存。
Objective To explore the clinical character and reasonable treatment of breast sarcoma. Methods The clinical data of 17 cases of breast sarcoma from Anhui Provincial Hospital and Anhui Provincial Tumor Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The follow-up time was forty months to sixteen years. Seven patients were distant metastasis. Five-year survival rate and ten-year survival rate were respectively 47% and 18%. Most patients were dead of lung,brain,bone,liver and generalized metastasis. Conclusion The disease is mainly confirmed by pathology. Surgery is the chief treatment of the disease. Malignant and differentiated tumor should be supplemented with radiotherapy and chemotherapy to reduce the recurrence and improve survivor.
