摘要
目的:评估替吉奥胶囊与奥沙利铂注射液联合艾迪注射液治疗进展期胃癌的疗效及安全性。方法:检索PubMed、The Cochrane library、Web of Science、EMBASE、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、维普、万方等8个数据库。收集关于替吉奥胶囊与奥沙利铂注射液联合艾迪注射液治疗进展期胃癌的随机对照试验(RCTs)。提取资料并且评价文献质量。采用Rev Man5. 3软件进行统计分析。结果:两组有效率相比,差异有统计学意义[OR=1. 60,95%CI=(1. 08,2. 37),P=0. 02]。实验组白细胞减少[OR=0. 36,95%CI=(0. 23,0. 55),P <0. 000 01]、血红蛋白减少[OR=0. 45,95%CI=(0. 21,0. 96),P=0. 04]、血小板减少[OR=0. 49,95%CI=(0. 29,0. 81),P=0. 006]、恶心呕吐[OR=0. 45,95%CI=(0. 31,0. 68),P <0. 0001]、腹泻[OR=0. 46,95%CI=(0. 26,0. 83),P=0. 01]、周围神经毒性[OR=0. 32,95%CI=(0. 18,0. 56),P<0. 0001]、肝功能异常[OR=0. 26,95%CI=(0. 12,0. 57),P=0. 000 7]发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:艾迪注射液联合替吉奥胶囊与奥沙利铂注射液治疗进展期胃癌可以提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of S-1 and Oxaliplatin combined with Aidi injection for advanced gastric cancer. Methods: retrieval from PubMed,The Cochrane library,Web of Science,EMBASE,China Biology Medicine,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP,Wanfang),randomized controlled trial about S-1 and Oxaliplatin combined with Aidi Injection for advanced gastric cancer were collected. Meta-analysis was conducted by Rev Man5. 3 software after data extraction and quality evaluation. Results: There was statistical significance in effective rate of gastric cancer between 2 groups[OR = 1. 60,95% CI =( 1. 08,2. 37),P = 0. 02]. The incidence of leukopenia[OR = 0. 36,95% CI =( 0. 2 3,0. 5 5),P < 0. 0 0 0 0 1 ],hemoglobin reduction[OR = 0. 4 5,95% CI=( 0. 21,0. 96),P = 0. 04],thrombocytopenia[OR = 0. 49,95% CI =( 0. 29,0. 81),P = 0. 006],nausea and vomiting[OR = 0. 45,95% CI =( 0. 31,0. 68),P < 0. 000 1],diarrhea [OR = 0. 46,95% CI =( 0. 26,0. 83),P = 0. 01],peripheral nerve toxicity[OR = 0. 32,95% CI =( 0. 18,0. 56),P < 0. 000 1],abnormal liver function[OR = 0. 26,95% CI =( 0. 12,0. 57),P = 0. 000 7] in trail group were lower than control group,with statistical significance. Conclusion: S-1 and Oxaliplatin combined with Aidi Injection for advanced gastric cancer can improve therapeutic efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reaction.
