摘要
目的采用新的合成方法,以提高罗格列酮衍生物的收率。方法以罗格列酮和氯乙酸甲酯为原料,离子液体为溶剂,在碱催化条件下合成罗格列酮衍生物(罗格列酮乙酸甲酯)。结果探讨了各主要因素对产品收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件;产物经IR和1H-NMR得以确证。结论实验结果表明该合成方法具有易操作、收率高、离子液体易于回收等优点。
        OBJECTIVE A novel synthetic method was reported to improve the productivity of rosiglitazone derivatives.METHODS A novel synthetic method under alkaline catalytic condition by using rosiglitazone and methyl chloroacetate as raw material,and ionic liquids as solvents.RESULTS The effects of diverse parameters on the productivity was explored and optimized.Numerous characterization techniques including IR and ~1H-NMR were used to verify the resulting products.CONCLUSION This presented method possess apparent advantages such as easy operation,high productivity,facile recovery of ionic liquids,etc.
