摘要
目的建立柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法测定不同等级梅花鹿鹿茸药材中17种氨基酸成分含量的方法,并比较其氨基酸含量的差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以异硫氰酸苯酯进行柱前衍生,梯度洗脱的方法,检测不同等级梅花鹿鹿茸药材中17种氨基酸的含量。结果不同等级的梅花鹿鹿茸药材的总氨基酸成分含量差异显著。氨基酸含量由高到低分别是二杠茸、三叉茸、再生茸、等外茸。结论花鹿茸药材的质量受采收时间和梅花鹿养殖天气的影响。该方法适用于梅花鹿鹿茸药材中氨基酸成分的含量测定,为其等级的制定提供理论依据。
        Objective To establish a method for the determination of 17 kinds of amino acids in different grades of deer velvet antler by HPLC with pre-column derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and to compare their amino acid content differences. Methods The contents of 17 kinds of amino acids in pilose antler of different grades of sika deer antler were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with pre-column derivatization and gradient elution of phenylisothiocyanate.Results Different grades of sika deer antler medicinal materials of the total amino acid content of significant differences. Amino acid content from high to low are two barrels, trigeminal velvet, reborn Velvet, etc. outside Velvet.Conclusion The quality of the antler medicine depends on the harvesting time and the weather of sika deer breeding. The method is suitable for the determination of the amino acid content in the sika deer antler medicine and provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of the grade.
