摘要
通过对连杆体三维模型的建立和加工工艺分析,设计出连杆体外轮廓加工时用的常规夹具和连杆体正面、背面加工时用的专用液压夹具,用UG软件的加工模块分别对连杆体外轮廓、正面和背面进行加工,设置合理的加工参数,生成加工刀轨并进行动态仿真,最后将刀轨转变为数控机床识别的NC代码,可用于大批量连杆加工,提高了生产效率。
Through establishment of the three-dimensional model of the connecting rod body and the analysis of the processing technology,the conventional fixture for machining the external contour of connecting rod body and the special hydraulic fixture for processing the front and back of the connecting rod body are designed. The processing module of UG software is used to process the external contour,the front and back of the connecting rod body,and the reasonable processing parameters are set up,then the tool path is generated and the dynamic simulation is carried out. Finally,the tool path is transformed into NC code that can be recognized by NC machine,which can be used in mass processing of the connecting rod,and the production efficiency is improved.
