摘要
肠膜状明串珠菌发酵生产右旋糖酐。肠膜状明串珠菌发酵液经过板框过滤和陶瓷膜微滤,板框过滤总糖和果糖的收率均在90%以上,菌数从2.05×1014个·m L-1降低到1.61×109个·m L-1;陶瓷膜微滤总糖和果糖的收率均在87%以上,菌数从1.61×109个·m L-1降低到1.06×106个·m L-1。肠膜状明串珠菌发酵液后处理总糖和果糖的收率均在80%以上,菌数从2.05×1014个·m L-1降低到1.06×106个·m L-1,发酵液的后处理达到了除菌和右旋糖酐高收率的目标。
