摘要
目的:分析骨样骨瘤的临床影像表现,提高对其认识水平。方法:回顾性分析经手术或病理证实的30例骨样骨瘤患者的临床影像表现。结果:皮质型16例,松质骨型8例,骨膜下型2例,髓腔型1例。本组影像均显示有瘤巢,呈圆形或椭圆形,直径0.3cm～1.2cm,周围伴有不同程度骨质硬化,21例中心可见钙化呈"牛眼征"。X线检查,22例显示瘤巢(占73%);23例经CT检查,均显示瘤巢(占100%);16例行MR检查,有13例显示瘤巢(占81%)。结论:骨样骨瘤的具有特征性影像学表现。CT对于瘤巢显示率最高,是诊断骨样骨瘤最为准确的检查方法。
Objective:To analyze the clinical and imaging features of osteoid osteoma and improve the diagnostic level.Methods:The clinical and imaging findings of 30 patients with osteoid osteoma confirmed by surgery or pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 16 cases of cortical type, 8 cases of cancellous bone type, 2 cases of subperiosteal type, and 1 cases of medullary cavity type. All the images showed a round or oval nest with a diameter of 0.3 cm to 1.2 cm. There were various degrees of osteosclerosis around the nest. Calcification was seen in the center of 21 cases as "bovine eye sign". X-ray examination showed nests in 22 cases(73%); CT examination showed nests in 23 cases(100%); MRI examination in 16 cases, 13 cases(81%).Conclusion:Osteoid osteoma has characteristic imaging findings. CT shows the highest rate of tumor nests, and is the most accurate method for diagnosing osteoid osteoma.
