摘要
使用提拉法获得了?80 mm×200 mm级Ce∶LYSO晶体,分析了影响晶体开裂和回熔的原因,并测试了晶体的闪烁性能。尺寸为17 mm×17 mm×17 mm头尾样品的光输出达到30400 ph./Me V和30000 ph./Me V,能量分辨率为9.4%和8.7%,衰减时间为41.7 ns和40.3 ns,表明该晶体具有优良的闪烁性能和光学均匀性。
        Ce∶ LYSO crystal with size of ?80 mm × 200 mm was obtained by Czochralski method. The reasons affecting crystal cracking and melting back were analyzed and the crystal scintillation performance were tested. The light output of the head and tail samples with a size of 17 mm × 17 mm × 17 mm reaches30400 ph./Me V and 30000 ph./Me V,with energy resolution of 9. 4% and 8. 7%,and decay time of41. 7 ns and 40. 3 ns, indicating that the crystal has good scintillation performance and optical uniformity.
