摘要
目的:建立一测多评法测定肾康注射液中5种活性成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Waters Sunfire ODS C_(18)柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为0. 1%甲酸水溶液-甲醇,梯度洗脱;流速为1. 0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长为254 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为20μl。以大黄酸为参照物,建立一测多评法测定大黄酚、芦荟大黄素、大黄素及大黄素甲醚4种成分的相对较正因子并计算其含量,同时采用外标法测定以上5种有效成分的含量,并将两种结果进行比校。结果:一测多评法测得的大黄酚、芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄酸及大黄素甲醚5种成分含量计算值与外标法测定值无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论:一测多评法可用于肾康注射液5种活性成分的含量测定,且方法简单、有效、结果准确。
        Objective: To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components( QAMS) by single marker for the determination of five active constituents in Shenkang injection. Methods: An HPLC method was used,the column was a Waters Sunfire ODS C_(18) column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was 0. 1% phosphoric acid-methanol with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min~(-1),the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm,the column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 20 μl. Using rhein as the reference,the relative correction factor among aloe-emodin,aloe-emodin,emodin and chrysophanol were detected by QAMS and their contents were calculated. At the same time,the contents of the above five kinds of effective components were measured by an external standard method,and the two results were analyzed and compared. Results:The calculated values of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion were not significantly different from those measured by the external standard method( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The QAMS method can be used for the determination of the five active constitutes in Shenkang injection with simple,effective and accurate properties.
