摘要
"一带一路"背景下,航海类高职院校学生的就业问题面临着一定的挑战,也迎来了新的机遇。在"一带一路"进程中,我国对海运人才的需求量将会随之增加,因此,学生的就业选择引起了广泛关注。该文首先分析了航海类高职院校学生就业存在的问题,其次提出了"一带一路"倡议为学生就业创造的机遇,最后提出了学生的就业选择。
Under the background of"One Belt and One Road",the employments of students in maritime vocational colleges are facing certain challenges and new opportunities.In the"One Belt and One Road"process,China's demand for maritime talents will increase accordingly.Therefore,the employment choices of students have attracted wide attention.This paper first analyzes the problems of employment of students in maritime vocational colleges.Secondly,it puts forward the opportunity created by the"One Belt and One Road"initiative for student employment.Finally,it puts forward the employment choices of students.
