摘要
静电喷涂技术在木门制造中的应用刚刚起步,木门表面电阻的大小直接影响静电喷涂的效果,木门在静电喷涂前需要利用装饰薄木对其表面进行饰面处理。以常用的3个树种装饰薄木对木门进行饰面处理,以饰面后木门的横、顺纹方向表面电阻作为研究对象,探究其影响因子与变化规律,为其后续的静电喷涂工艺提供关键数据及理论依据。试验结果表明,装饰薄木树种、测量长度、横顺纹方向都对静电喷涂前木门的表面电阻有很大的影响。
        Electrostatic spraying technology has just been applied in the manufacturing of wooden doors. The surface resistance of wooden doors has a direct effect on the quality of electrostatic spraying. Wooden doors need to be decorated by decorative veneer before electrostatic spraying process. Therefore,three kinds of decorative veneer are chosen for decoration of wooden doors. The surface resistance of wooden doors after decoration parallel to grain and perpendicular to grain is taken as the research object,the influence factors and influence law are studied,which can provide key data and theoretical basis for the electrostatic spraying process of wooden door. The results show that the wood species of decorative veneer,measured length and directions parallel to grain and perpendicular to grain have great influence on the surface resistance of wooden doors before electrostatic spraying.
