摘要
探单侧前庭功能低下不是疾病诊断名称,而是基于前庭功能检查结果而定义的功能状态诊断。按照病程,分为急性、亚急性和慢性单侧前庭功能低下。单侧前庭功能低下发病率随着年龄增长而增加,跌倒风险也随之增加。前庭康复是治疗单侧前庭功能低下患者的重要方法。新近的前庭康复治疗的循证医学临床指南指出:有多个高级别证据的研究表明,前庭康复治疗对急性、亚急性和慢性单侧前庭功能低下均有效。
