摘要
目的比较Tomey OA-2000、IOL Master700及A超角膜测厚仪测量近视患者中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)的差异性和一致性。方法选取青岛眼科医院拟行角膜屈光手术的近视患者56例(112眼),分别用Tomey OA-2000、IOL Master 700及A超角膜测厚仪测量双眼CCT,对三种仪器的测量结果进行统计学分析。结果 112眼的CCT测量结果:A超角膜测厚仪为(542.23±26.88)μm,Tomey OA-2000为(521.75±26.51)μm,IOL Master 700为(519.53±28.15)μm。单因素方差分析结果显示,差异有统计学意义(F=23.737,P<0.01)。两两比较结果显示,Tomey OA-2000、IOL Master 700与A超角膜测厚仪之间差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),其中A超角膜测厚仪测量的CCT值较Tomey OA-2000厚(20.48±8.16)μm,两者差值的95%可信区间为18.96~22.01μm;A超角膜测厚仪测量CCT值较IOL Master 700厚(22.71±10.39)μm,两者差值的95%可信区间为20.76~24.65μm。Pearson相关分析显示,A超角膜测厚仪、Tomey OA-2000、IOL Master 700三种仪器测量值均呈高度相关(均为P<0.01)。一致性分析结果显示,Tomey OA-2000、IOL Master 700测量的CCT值与A超角膜测厚仪相比一致性均较好。结论 Tomey OA-2000、IOL Master 700测量CCT的结果与A超角膜测厚仪相比具有良好的相关性和一致性,但其结果存在微小的差异,三者之间不能简单地互相替代。
        Objective To compare the difference and consistency of central corneal thickness(CCT) measured by Tomey OA-2000,IOL Master700 and A ultrasound pachymetry(NIDEK US-500)in myopic eyes.Methods CCT of 112 eyes from 56 myopic patients who underwent corneal refractive surgery in our hospital was measured three times by Tomey OA-2000,IOL Master 700 and A ultrasound pachymetry(NIDEK US-500),respectively.The measured values collected by each device were statistically analyzed.Results Mean CCT of 112 eyes by A ultrasound pachymetry,Tomey OA-2000 and IOL Master 700 were(542.23±26.88)μm,(521.75±26.51)μm and(519.53±28.15)μm,respectively.Univariate analysis of variance showed significant difference among the three devices(F=23.737,P<0.01) and between every two groups(both P<0.05).CCT measured by A-ultrasound was thicker(20.48±8.16)μm than CCT measured by Tomey OA-2000,and the 95% confidence interval of the difference was 18.96 μm to 22.01 μm.CCT measured by A-ultrasound was(22.71±10.39)μm thicker than CCT measured by IOL Master 700,and the 95% confidence interval of the difference was 20.76 μm to 24.65 μm.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the measured values of the three instruments were highly correlated(all P<0.01).Consistency analysis showed that the measured values of Tomey OA-2000 and IOL Master 700 were in better consistency than that of A ultrasound pachymetry.Conclusion The results of CCT measured by Tomey OA-2000 and IOL Master 700 are well correlated and consistent than that measured by A ultrasound.However,there are slight differences in the results,so the three cannot simply replace each other.
