摘要
目的探究平衡火罐与艾条灸联合治疗肩周炎的相关护理措施,观察并评估其护理效果。方法择取2015年5月—2016年5月收治的80例肩周炎病患,全部使用艾条灸与平衡火罐进行治疗,分组:实行常规护理的半数患者归入对照组,实行"平衡火罐+艾条灸"针对性护理的半数患者归入研究组。组间对比2组患者的护理相关指标。结果就护理总有效率而言,研究组为95%,对照组为77.5%;就患者满意度而言,研究组为100%,对照组为70%。研究组的上述指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合使用平衡火罐与艾条灸可以有效治疗肩周炎,辅以针对性护理可以进一步提高疗效。
Objective To explore the nursing measures related to balance cupping and moxa moxibustion in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis, and to observe and evaluate their care benefits. Methods Choosing 80 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients from May 2015 to May 2016, all patients used moxa moxibustion and balance cupping treatment. The control group of 40 cases used routine nursing. The study group of 40 cases used balance cupping and moxa moxibustion. The care related indicators between the two groups were compared. Results The total nursing effective rate of the study group and the control group was 95 % and 77.5%,respectively. The patient's satisfaction of the study group and the control group was 100 % and 70%, respectively. The above index of the study group were better than that of the control group, and there were significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion The combined use of balance cupping and moxa moxibustion can effectively treat scapulohumeral periarthritis, combined with targeted care,and can further improve the therapeutic effect.
