摘要
目的通过对重庆市水泥袋装岗位粉尘危害现状进行调查,提出控制职业病危害的措施及建议。方法 2016—2017年采用职业卫生现场调查方法,对生产过程中存在的粉尘危害进行监测及调查分析。共收集重庆市30个水泥生产企业的水泥粉尘检测结果。企业类型包括国有、私有和外资经济企业。2016年检测138个岗位,2017年检测154个岗位。结果 2016—2017年巡检工粉尘超标最严重,其次为装袋工,装车工粉尘超标率最低。2017年不同岗位粉尘超标率均明显高于2016年,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化落实个人防护措施的使用,加强生产岗位的排风换气,切实保障劳动者的身体健康。
        Objective To propose the suggestions for controlling occupational hazards through investigating the pres-ent situation of dust hazards in cement bagging posts in Chongqing City. Methods The occupational hazards hygiene on-siteinvestigation method was adopted to conduct the monitoring and investigation analysis on the dust hazards during the produc-tion process during 2016—2017.The cement dust detection results were collected from 30 cement production enterprises inChongqing City. The enterprise types included the state-owned,private-owned and foreign-capital economic enterprises. Onehundred and thirty-eight posts were detected in 2016 and 154 posts were detected in 2017. Results The dust exceeding stan-dard of the routing inspector was most serious,followed by the bagging worker,and the dust exceeding standard rate was lowestin the truck loading workers.The dust exceeding standard rate of different posts in 2017 was significantly higher than that in2016,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of personal protective measures should beintensified and implemented,and the exhaust air and air change in production posts should be strengthened for ensuring thebody health of workers.
