摘要
本文从研究圆盘浇铸机国内外发展概况、趋势及设计原理入手,结合铜阳极生产实际,摸索出其液压系统故障诊断及维修关键技术,成功解决了该系统常见故障制约阳极板生产的"核心"问题,系统故障率低,圆盘定量浇铸精度高、稳定好、可靠性强,阳极板合格率高。
        This paper starts from the research on the development trend, trend and design principle of disc casting machine at home and abroad, combined with the actual production of copper anode, explores the key technology of hydraulic system fault diagnosis and maintenance, and successfully solves the core common fault affecting anode plate production of the system. Now the system failure rate is low, the disc quantitative casting precision is high, the stability is good, the reliability is strong, and the qualified rate of the anode plate is high.
