摘要
目的观察中药方剂治疗流行性感冒的临床效果。方法选择临床确诊的甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒或丙型流感病毒引起的流行性感冒共100例,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例;观察组采用中药方剂治疗,对照组采用西药治疗(磷酸奥司他韦口服治疗)。结果观察组治疗3 d后总有效率为92%;对照组治疗3 d后总有效率76%。经统计学处理观察组和对照组差别有统计学意义(χ2=4.76,P<0.05)。患者未出现精神萎靡、瞌睡、嗜睡等不适症状,仅个别患者出现口渴、口苦等不适。结论中药方剂治疗流行性感冒临床治愈率高、治疗时间短、药物副作用小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on influenza. Methods A total of 100 cases of influenza A,B or C virus were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with western medicine(oseltamivir phosphate orally). Results The total effective rate was 92% in the observation group after 3 days of treatment and 76% in the control group after 3 days of treatment. Statistical treatment:There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(χ~2= 4.76;P < 0.05). The patients did not suffer from mental depression,drowsiness,sleepiness and other discomfort symptoms. Only a few patients suffered from thirst,bitterness and other discomfort. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine prescription has high clinical cure rate,short treatment time and little side effects in treating influenza,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
