摘要
分析了新型卧式汽水分离再热器安全阀首次维修标定过程中的维修要点和热、冷态试验结果与影响因素,给出了冷态标定起跳压力范围,并从结构方面提出了改进建议,对该机组后续安全阀的维修标定具有一定指导意义。
This paper discussed key points and test results of first maintenance and calibration activities on new type horizontal safety valves for moisture separator and reheater, summarized calibration procedure, as well obtained the pressure range of set pressure in cold calibration, proposed the modification suggestion from the valve structure. It is hope to guide the future maintenance and calibration activities on these valves.
