科学基金资助强度变化对科研产出的影响

摘要
从定量的角度对比考察了国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部科学基金资助强度变化前后科研产出的变化情况,采用成对样本均值检验法对2008—2010年以及2012—2014两个时间段内64位研究者的科研产出进行比较。研究结果表明,科学基金资助强度增加后,研究者科研产出的论文数量有较为显著的增加,但高影响因子期刊论文数量却降低了;研究者的平均成本论文数量显著降低,并且平均成本高影响因子期刊论文数量也显著减少。
        With the quantitative point of view, the paper takes the 64 researchers supported by the management science department of National Natural Science Foundation as the sample, contrasts the research output before and after the change of science funding support intensity and the research output in two periods of 2008—2010 and 2012—2014 using the method of paired sample mean value test. The research results show that when the science funding support intensity improves, the research output increases significantly in the number of paper, however, the number of journal paper with high impact factor is lower. If considering the cost, the average number of paper decreases significantly and journal papers with high impact factor also reduce significantly.
