摘要
在创新网络动态演进过程中,发明者面临着怎样的机会与约束?以华为和苹果公司在美申请专利数据为样本,运用负二项模型,实证研究发明者自我网络动态对知识搜索行为的影响,并实证网络社群动态对二者间关系的调节效应。研究发现:发明者自我网络扩张及衰退对知识搜索深度及广度的影响呈倒U型,而自我网络稳定负向影响知识搜索深度及广度;发明者所处的网络社群动态,包括网络社群扩张、稳定及衰退,正向调节自我网络动态对知识搜索行为的作用。本研究弥补当前从静态视角及单一层面对创新网络功能机制的探索,对指导创新主体构建及管理自身创新网络具有现实意义。
        In the process of dynamic evolution of innovation networks, what opportunities or constraints do inventors face? We empirically explore the impact of inventors' ego-networks dynamic on knowledge searching and also explore the moderating effect of network communities dynamic on the relationship between them through negative binomial models based on patents applied by Huawei and Apple companies to USPTO. We found that ego-network expansion and recession both have an inverted U-shaped influence on knowledge searching depth and breadth, while ego-network stability negatively affect knowledge searching depth and breadth. Further empirical results show that network communities dynamic, including network communities' expansion, stability and recession, positively moderate the effect of ego network dynamic on knowledge searching depth and breadth. We make up studies on the functional mechanisms of innovation networks from a static perspective and a single level, and we expect to instruct innovators to construct and manage their innovation networks.
