摘要
目的探讨大数据在职业安全卫生领域中的应用及其危险因素分析。方法选取2017年3月~2018年3月职业安全卫生领域中2000例患者的大数据分析作为研究组,将2016年8月~2017年8月的2000例患者的数据作为对照组,应用大数据分析对研究组职业安全卫生领域中的应用情况以及危险因素进行分析,对照组应用常规分析方法。结果研究组药物的不合理使用情况小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组致死率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论职业安全卫生领域管理期间,可有效减少药物的不合理使用情况,可降低患者的致死率,降低患者的治疗费用,值得广泛推广与使用。
        Objective To explore the application of big data in the field of occupational safety and health and its risk factors analysis. Methods The big data analysis of 2000 patients in the occupational safety and health field from March2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study group. The data of 2000 patients from August 2016 to August 2017 were used as the control group. The application situation and risk factors in the occupational safety and health field of the study group was analyzed by using bid data analysis, and the control group used the conventional analysis method.Results The unreasonable use of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05). The mortality rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The hospital cost of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). And the hospital stay of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion During the management of occupational safety and health, big data can effectively reduce the unreasonable use of drugs, reduce the mortality rate of patients and reduce the cost of treatment. It is worthy of widespread promotion and use.
