摘要
研究了输送机中部槽滑动磨损机理和成因,认为滑动速率、接触应力以及物料组成是磨损量大小的主要影响因素,但不同影响因素的作用机理不同,由此掌握了复杂工况条件下刮板输送机的摩擦学特性,为刮板输送机的安全工作提供了借鉴意义。
The mechanism and causes of sliding wear of the middle slot of the conveyor was studied. It was considered that the wear quantity was positively related to the sliding rate, contact stress and the proportion of material composition, but the mechanism of different influencing factors was different. Thus, the tribological characteristics of the scraper conveyor under the complicated working condition were grasped, providing a reference for the safe working of scraper conveyor.
