摘要
本文在对采煤机截割部影响因素系统研究的基础上提出保证采煤机稳定运行的方案,认为采煤机截割部稳定性的影响因素主要包括煤体的力学特性、截割部和牵引机构的参数、以及截齿的几何参数;得到了采煤机工作稳定性控制的两种方案:方案一为不改变采煤机牵引速率,加大滚筒的转动速率;方案二为先将采煤机牵引速率减小至目标值,然后将滚筒的转动速率增大到目标值,最后将牵引速率增大至初始值;对两个方案进行了仿真研究,认为方案一下需要在调速瞬间控制滚筒的转速变化率。
        On the basis of the systematic study of the influencing factors of the cutting section of the shearer, this paper puts forward a scheme to ensure the stable operation of the shearer. It is considered that the factors affecting the stability of the cutting section of the shearer mainly include the mechanical properties of the coal body, the parameters of the cutting part and the traction mechanism, and the geometric parameters of the cutting teeth, and the stability control of the coal shearer's work is obtained. Two schemes, one is not to change the pulley speed of the shearer and increase the rotation rate of the drum; second, the second is to reduce the pulling rate of the Shearer to the target value first,then the rotation rate of the drum is increased to the target value, and the traction rate is increased to the initial value, and the simulation study of the two schemes has been carried out. The case needs to control the speed change rate of the drum at the moment of speed regulation.
