摘要
随着冲击地压灾害日益严重,评估矿井防治冲击地压(以下简称"防冲")能力成为重要研究方向。张双楼煤矿从防冲保障体系和组织结构、合法合规防冲、防冲科研培训能力、冲击危险监测预警和卸压解危能力、防冲措施落实和应急处置能力等方面对矿井防冲能力进行综合评估。
With the increasing severity of rock burst disasters, it has become an important research direction to evaluate the ability of mine to prevent and control rock burst(hereinafter referred to as "rock burst prevention").Comprehensive evaluations was carried out in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine from the aspects of the anti-scouring guarantee system and organizational structure, legitimate and compliance anti-scouring, anti-scouring scientific research and training ability, impact risk monitoring and early warning and pressure relief ability, implementation of anti-scouring measures and emergency disposal ability.
