摘要
研究以生命史观取向,运用口述传记探究一位布朗族"王子"如何在其生活世界和职业生涯中,选择和认同自身的教师角色,以及置身所处社会脉络中之价值。资料采集选择叙述访谈的方式进行当事人之个别访谈,文本资料的解读,采用参照推论分析框架诠释出生命主体认同教师职业身份之核心意向,并在叙述流中型塑出其教育实践的脉络图像。
This study uses oral biographies to explore how a Blang"prince"chooses and recognizes his role as a teacher in his life and career,and the value of being in the social context. The data collection is based on narrative interview by conducting individual interviews of the party concerned and interpreting the documents. After using reference inference analysis framework,the core intention of the life subject to recognize professional identity of the teacher is interpreted out,and the context image of its educational practice is shaped in the narrative stream
