摘要
通过Nb、V、Ti等微合金化的成分设计,合理的控轧控冷的轧钢工艺,优化精轧机组的负荷分配,高精度的轧钢设备管理,细晶强化、固溶强化、析出强化的有机结合,实现了1.2 mm 700L汽车用钢在1780半连轧生产线的成功开发。1.2 mm 700L板轧制负荷合理,轧制稳定,板形良好,性能优异,实现了以热轧代冷轧,满足了汽车行业高强度、复杂变形和低成本的使用要求。
The 1.2 mm 700 L automobile steel is successfully developed on 1780 semi-continuous rolling production line with measures:micro-alloying composition design of Nb,V,Ti,reasonable steel rolling process of controlled rolling and controlled cooling,optimizing load distribution of finishing rolling set,high-precision steel-rolling equipments management,associated combination of fine grain strengthening,solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening.The product has reasonable rolling load,steady rolling process,good profile shape and perfect performance.The target to replace cold rolling with hot rolling is realized,and the product meets the application requirements of automobile industry for high strength,complex deformation and low cost.
