摘要
输油泵电动机耗电是输油管道主要的耗能之一,如何在保证电动机满足生产要求的运行条件下,尽可能的提高用电效率,减少电能消耗是各级技术人员的目标。电动机加装就地无功功率补偿是节电措施之一,通过介绍无功功率补偿的原理和作用,选择某一输油站场1台输油泵电动机进行投用、不投用就地补偿装置2个状态下的电能数据对比分析,数据表明投用补偿装置后,电动机实际功率因数明显提高,在流量增加4.7%的情况下,无功功率减少58.68%,输入有功功率减少6.3%,电流下降17.44%,机组效率升高4.23%,各项主要参数在投用就地无功功率补偿后节电效果明显且机组效率提高。
        Oil pump motor power consumption is one of the main energy pipelines, how to ensure that the motor meets the production requirements of the operating conditions, as much as possible to improve electricity efficiency, reduce power consumption is the goal of all levels of technical staff. Motor installation of reactive power compensation is one of the energy-saving measures. By introducing the principle and role of reactive power compensation, we choose a oil pump motor make a contrast, observe separately two states of the power data comparison analysis. The data shows that after commissioning the compensation device, the actual power factor of the motor is obviously improved. In the case of a 4.7% increase in flow, the reactive power is reduced by58.68%, the input active power is reduced by 6.3%, the current is decreased by 17.44%, and the unit efficiency is increased by 4.23%. The main parameters have obvious power saving effect after the local reactive power compensation is applied and the unit efficiency is improved. A comparison was made between the SVC capacitance compensation device and the new SVG compensation device in the pipeline station. Propose the next step how to use the analysis of reactive power compensation in pipeline station. Finally achieve the goal of helping energy saving.
