摘要
对于函数S=xy,若x>0、y>0,且x+y=c,c为常数,则S在x=y时有最大值c~2/4。该函数的极值原理对于现实经济社会生活中的效率问题具有广泛的解释应用能力,因此可称为效率函数。
        There is a mathematical theorem, i.e., the function S = xy. If x> 0, y> 0, and x + y = C, wherein C is a constant, then S has a maximum c~2/4 when x=y. The extreme value principle of the efficiency function has extensive explanatory power in real economic and social life, as long as the relevant economic and social phenomena satisfy the variable relationship of this function and the extreme conditions required.
