摘要
针对某新开发车型前围总成声学包性能进行分析,采用统计能量方法研究了内外前围不同定义(厚度分布、覆盖率等)及过孔部件(线束、转向、空调、离合、制动等)对前围总成隔声性能的影响,对分析中存在的声学包风险点进行了优化,确保了总成性能满足设计要求。在此基础上,通过声学包区域贡献量分析方法对前围隔音垫进行了减重优化。最后,借助试验手段对前围隔音垫总成隔声性能进行了验证。通过本文分析可知,在声学包设计初期,通过进行声学包声学性能的仿真分析及优化,可确保后期声学包性能满足设计水平要求,同时避免了后期设计及模具修改的风险。
        This paper analyzes the performance of the acoustic package of the firewall of a new developed vehicle. The influence of different definitions(thickness distribution,coverage, etc.) and the passthrough(wiring harness, steering, air conditioner, clutch,etc.) on the sound insulation performance of the firewall are studied by statistical energy method, and the soun weak points in the analysis are optimized, Ensure the Assembly performance meets the design requirements. On this basis, the method of acoustic packet region contribution analysis was used to optimize the weight of the front circumference. Finally, the sound insulation performance of the firewall assembly is validated by means of experiment. The analysis of this paper shows that in the early stage of acoustic packet design, the simulation analysis and optimization of acoustic packet acoustics can ensure the performance of acoustic package to meet the requirements of design level, and avoid the risk of later design and die modification.
