摘要
对6063空心铝型材挤压过程进行数值模拟,获得型材"丁字位"区域同方向的金属流速和位移,分析型材产生印痕的原因和表面内凹量,并在合理位置添加阻流块,优化模具结构。模拟和验证实验均表明,阻流块可以有效控制流速,使"丁字位"上的流速更加均匀,型材"丁字位"表面内凹量减小,产品达到生产要求。
        The numerical simulation of extrusion process for 6063 hollow aluminum profile was performed, and the metal flow velocity and displacement toward the same direction of the "T-cross section" of the aluminum profile were obtained. Then, based on the analysis of the causes for indentation and number of dimples on the surface, a baffle block was installed at the appropriate position to optimize the die structure. Both simulation and verification test results showed that the baffle-block could effectively control the metal flow rate, leading to the uniform flow velocity for the T-cross section. Besides, the number of dimples on the surface of T-cross section was reduced. It was concluded that with this method, the quality of profile can meet the requirements for the product.
